I took this photo of a very small spider (only about 10mm in length) in our yard in Las Vegas, NV.
I used a 24mm lens reversed @ f/16, handheld with full flash. I chased this little spidey around the yard for about 20 minutes until I finally got 2 shots off. Thankfully this one was in focus! This is one of my favorite photographs because of how crisp and clear the spidey's face is (despite having such a shallow depth of field to work with), the angle and position of the spidey looking right at the camera, and how quickly the background blurs out of focus.
